At ClothDiaper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable journey; therefore, we offer returns on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, diapers that have been laundered or worn cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Place the unwashed, unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for hygiene compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
